The veterinary inspection supports lawbreaking and aids animal torturers
We are to express our bitterness for the dysfunction of veterinary inspections, their constant hush up of animal torture and abuse and their frank assistance to those who are breaking the law and abusing animals.
In our possessions are numerous cases of veterinary inspection inefficiencies, documented by video and photo material.
That's why there is a grave need for major shifts in inspectors' behavior and major changes in efficiency of veterinary inspections.
We request for the Ministry to investigate all veterinary inspectors and the work they do.
They have showed their in-efficiency trough past 10 years, and we demand an immediate replacement of inspectors involved in "stray animals cleansing" affair.
We are pleading for new set of inspectors to be named, as soon as possible; so they can take over exclusive cases of felony and lawbreaking in the area of animal welfare.
2.
We have to proceed with this pressure on the office of Public Prosecutor General, because until they are not acting by the Law, all criminals who are killing the animals are protected and encouraged to abuse them even more.

EXPL1: Mrs.Gordana Stojanovic Milosevic-Deputy Prosecutor general of
is trying to mislead everybody and hide responsibility of the public prosecutor office for not prosecuting issues of mass killings of the stray dogs and cats in
Organizations for Animal protection ARKA and FRIENDS-epar, gave them enough proofs to be able to prosecute responsible persons/perpetrators in 25 local communes for the mass killings of stray dogs and cats/ all against regulations, but so far Prosecutor didn't find guilty ones for mentioned felonies.

Cuprija case> short explanation:
The republic veterinary Inspector had forbid veterinary station in town Kikinda to catch and euthanize stray dogs and cats in Kikinda because they didn't fulfill conditions required by the law. But this veterinary station went to town -Cuprija and made a contract with local authorities form Cuprija to catch and euthanize stray dogs and cats in Cuprija.
Workers from veterinary station Kikinda, in Cuprija then caught and killed in the same day 19 dogs and they received payment for this dirty “job”.
Everything surrounding this illegal action that workers of veterinary station in Kikinda took was against the regulations.
Because of all the above mentioned, ARKA, FRIEND-epar and republic veterinary inspector, again have followed the legal procedure and gave all evidence to public prosecutor in Cuprija...
