-Dogs younger than 4 (four) months are killed because they are too young for sterilization
-Females that are big, are killed because of the higher amount of anesthetics have to be used (in relation dogs mass)

That's why we are concerned for that law by which inspector have a right (?!) which is allegedly given by communal enterprise, to get inside an owners home and ransack someone's personal property?! In no time, we and our dogs will not be allowed to breathe! Who will protects us from authority's haughty, same authorities who do not resemble dog breeds but bring all sorts of demands which we have to obey? We are not against the worlds legislations by which regulations for dog owners are applied. We are not against the regulations by which something better can be brought for our poor area. But we are against us being the first ones to be attacked when it comes to commune culture or so-called inspections.... (click here to read more)

Dog catchers from zoo hygiene enterprise/town Pancevo, rounded up dogs from town Svilajnac and put them into cages of communal enterprise Svilajnac, to be there on “stand by” for killing them later.
Following is a complaint to organizations ARKA & Epar applied by citizen from Svilajnac: Svilajnac-October 2006.
Conclusion: October 12th. 2006.
All captured dogs held in caged, in back yard of Svilajnac communal enterprise facilities disapeared, activists assume they are all dead, as last 14 Dogs looked like dying slowly....
